I have bought Kodak LED TV 32 inches on 29th Oct 2018 . Within 3 months the display stopped working - black screen. have raised a complaint with Kodak service center on 29th Jan 2019. Till now (1-Mar-2019) the problem is not resolved.

I have reached Customer care multiple times, dropped multiple emails no action as taken.
Not sure what is the purpose of warranty if the action is not taken on time.
