My name is Kalai.arasan. I have joined Kolors 3 months ago to reduce my weight 12 KG. The Kolors location is in Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore. I have paid 42000 for treatment.
I was assigned to the employee Venkatesh. Till now I am in same weight. Only 5 massage completed.
As they want to be free sleeping in the room. They don't do massage on time. I was in regular appointment on Monday and Friday 10AM.
Venkatesh told this week he they only will message when to come. This was not before. I am not happy with his service.
Can you please refund me if you are not providing service. Why your employee is like this. I paid money, then why I should wait.
Please take necessary action before I go legally. Waiting for your response and call me.
