Kolors — Cheating colors management after promising for refund the amount paid

Hello Team,

My mother in law is 61 years old and having lot of health issues. major issues are fatty liver, heart functioning issues and sugar complaint as well. she joined kolors (Lakshmi mills Branch coimbatore) last year 2021 and paid 1 lakh. After she joined she got severe pain in the stomach and not able to continue the treatment in kolors. Doctors strongly advised not to go for any weight loss program or theraphy. It may cause sever pain in the stomach. so we submitted all documents and medical certificate to kolors lakshmi mills branch manager Karthikeyan. He promised that he will get refund amount which we paid. He said with in 6 months we will get refund amount, . but almost year crossed no response and not taking phone calls and cheating us with fake promises.

My mother in law is waiting for this amount to start the treatment for her chest pain,
