I am Ayisha Siddhika .I have contact Tirinelveli kolors branch for hairfall and face treatment..They told 48, 000 thousand paid for hairfall and anti-aging, wrinkles and dark circles..but I'm not willing to pay this too much amount...then Our staff Ms.Iswarya said, kolors arrange Bajaj loan option..you pay emi monthly 4000₹ and push them..Finally, I accept to take treatment for emi option.. They said 5 sessions for hair and 5 session for face..I take 1 prp treatment for hair..It's very painful..So, further I'm not willing to take this treatment...2 peel treatment apply for face..But not have a any result from face...So, I'm not interested to take a treatment..and I have a some health problems...so I'm not unable to continue the treatment..But, already I pay a 3 EMI .. totally 12, 000 rs...last month I told kolors, I'm not continue the treatment.and also I'm not not unable to pay remaining EMl amount...So, please refund my Amount else you close the loan...They said, call me back...but still no response...I said 3-4 time via phone...they not respond...this month 4th Dec EMI date...it's auto debit...I'm not pay ..So, Please Refund my Amount else you close the loan..and further fibe not debit my Amount...So, please respond quickly...
