Kolors — Under chin permanent hair removal

Hi Team,
I am from Kakinada taking services from April 2022 for lazer and electrolysis hair removal treatment.
I was initially told that after 4 sessions of Lazer l, electrolysis will be strated.
Later after 4 sessions they told that the gel is not available and electrolysis will be painful without, so to go with lazer then. Later for 2 other times they told that the electrolysis machine is not available or it is not working and is under repair. This has been going on from 2-3 months and not a single electrolysis session is done. I demand my rights and I am happy to escalate to any level.
Hope you all do value your money and everyone else do and expect the promised services met in time.
Tell me how you are going to compensate my time and money and if the machine would be ready and available at Kakinada kolors branch asap.
