Dear Kolors Owners and Branch Managers,
I am writing to follow up on my previous communication regarding a 50% refund request, as I have yet to receive a satisfactory resolution. My initial email was submitted on 4th Nov, and unfortunately, no solution has been provided thus far.
It has come to my attention that several other customers may be facing a similar issue, which raises concerns about the overall customer satisfaction and refund process. As a loyal customer, I believe in the integrity of your services, and I am hopeful that this matter can be resolved promptly.
I understand that resolving such issues may take time, and I have been patient in awaiting a response. However, I would like to kindly request an update or a resolution to my refund request by 28th Nov. Should there be any delays or challenges in addressing this matter, I may have no choice but to explore alternative avenues to seek information and assistance.
To avoid any inconvenience, I am considering registering a Right to Information (RTI) request. This would encompass information related to Kolors' customer success, rating, refund policy, customer feedback, and consumer refund terms. I hope it does not come to this, and we can find a satisfactory resolution before that.
I value the relationship I have with Kolors and believe that open communication can lead to a positive outcome. Your prompt attention to this matter is highly appreciated.
