Kolours — Refund of amount

My self Madhavi, I was taken course for figure correction along with weight loss last sunday and paid 30, 000/-on the same day and i have taken one session on the same day in Rajahmundry Branch. But as I was working as bank employee I got transfer unexpectedly to other area where I can not get our office near by. Hence I request of refund of amount even though the once paid amount is non refundable. But in some exigencies I m requesting for refund. Our branch staff not responding. Kindly consider my request since 30k is not a small amount.
