Will not recommend kolte patil to anyone!
Worst experience ever.
Possession of flat f-2201 was due in dec 2014 as per their promise.
It's 2016 and i still don't have the keys.
Worst people on their team - kartik kusurkar and amit suryanvanshi. Never respond to emails. Don't even know how to speak properly.
Javed/ritesh/tuhina/veronica (Ex-employee) - no coordination among themselves. One says flat is ready, other says in september.
They called us to handover the keys saying flat is ready.
The door was jammed due to water leakage.
Water everywhere in the flat.
Lots of leakage through the walls.
Flat was not cleaned at all.
Still had stains of paint and chemicals on floor, walls and windows.
