The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

I purchased gold of rupees 2400 using Amazon pay in komparify. And it successfully Added But When I try to sell it Failed Again And Again I am very panic for my savings that I lost

Komparify — Gold sell money not credited in my account

Address:Pilibhit, Uttar Pradesh

I sell my gold on 3 February 2024 and I get failed on 6 February 2024 . An email comes that give me your correct account details. I gave them but they didn't reply me . I send them many emails on [protected]@komparify.com
But they are not helping me.

Still amount not credited to my account. Please resolve my issue with komparify. I have sent mails but no response from customer support....
