Konduskar Travels — mismanagement of agency with customer

It was 17 th oct 2017. Travelling from pune swargate to sangli. Ticket was 700rs.ac seater. Bus had some internal problem due to which it stopped after an hour. Customers were told to sit in another bus arranged by them. But it was small and all passengers were not able to get there sits. Even after paying 700rs i was told to sit in front with driver which was too bad. I want that this peoples should be warned for there mistakes.
