KONE Elevators India Private Limited — Faulty Lifts - Frequent Break down of Lifts installed in the Sushma Urban Views, Gazipur, Zirakpur, Punjab

To, KONE ELEVATORS SENIOR MANAGEMENT TEAM, It has been brought into notice to Kone Team & Manager along with the Directors of Sushma Buildtech (Builder of SUV), by residents of Sushma Urban View, number of times that frequency of lifts going out of order is too high in our society. But it is unfortunate that every time one or the other excuse has been given as a reason for the same. During various meetings between Residents and Director of Sushma Buildtech and & Mr Mark Amar (Facility Manager for Sushma Buildtech), it has been categorically stated by Director of Sushma Buildtech and & Mr Mark Amar (Facility Manager for Sushma Buildtech), that frequent break down of lifts is a common affair and nothing much could be done on the same. It was also stated that this frequency may go high further during monsoon. Despite of reaching and communicating such a pathetic condition of lifts to your local KONE team and managers, there has been absolutely NO ACTION taken by them. Can you please confirm if KONE team also agrees with the Sushma Buildtech statement, as outage last for weeks and frequency of breakdown is atleast once a month. Can you please justify such poor quality of lifts provided in the society by KONE. Also you please assure SUV Residents with time line by when this issue with the lifts will be completely mitigated.
