Koryo — complaint about handling of complaint no[protected] | |||
Dear koryo team, This is regarding my complaint no mentioned in subject line. I had registered this complaint regarding my koryo microwave where i had shared all the details like model no, power is working and microwave part is not working etc. Then a technician suleman, visited at my place, he has discouraged to my father to get it repaired by following comments 1) this will cost you[protected] plus service charge, while microwave cost itself was 2500/- 2) this part is not available if you can arrange it i will change 3) he has charged 500+ rs from him for doing nothing and also not given any receipt for that. When i had already shared model no and problem at the time reporting the issue, why service request is entertained if company does not have spares and why i have been charged for doing nothing and not even shared the receipt. I hope you will understand this is a crime to do business without proper receipt/bill for registered company. Was this information helpful? | |||
