It has been a pain dealing with Koryo Service center and technicians. Below are the points I would like to highlight:
1. Very slow process. First your technician visits and charges customer for their unnecessary visit even if the problem is clearly told before hand.
2. Technicians plays cheap tricks. One of the technician came to fix the gyeser and he misconfigured the wires so that no one else can fix it later.
3. It's been around 20 days now and still my gyeser is not fixed.
4. Every time I called customer care they said my case is on highest priority and they have highlighted.
5. Don't make false commitments. If you can't fix with in a given time stop mentioning that.
6. The parts of the items like gyeser is not available online to purchase. In today's time there are all kinds of products available but, why not the parts of Korto products? Was this information helpful? |
