Koryo — Led tv - complaint reg ok 28 Feb 2022

I bought Koryo 43 inch LED TV in Oct 2021 and few months back I had an issue with TV as it was not reading any of HDMI ports. I service call was placed on 28th of February, 2022 and the technician visited my home within 5 working days. Technician advised the board is damaged and needs to be replaced. Since then I had to follow up with customer service centre of Koryo for the updated stats and till date they haven't had this issue resolved.
