Kothari Wheels — Complaint against Customer Service

I booked my car today morning for servicing at Kothari Wheels, Viman Nagar. We were told the service charges are Rs.1500, the car got picked up @ 4.00 pm and @ 5.00 pm i got a call from the garage adviser, he stated we will change the all the oils in the car and it will cost you Rs 10, 000 for the service. I refused to service as it was too high. He plainly said, OK fine then take your car back, I asked him to deliver it as the garage was too far. He asked to pay Rs 200 we refused to pay as it was not our fault. He argued for a while and then said sorry, he then said he does not have a driver to deliver and car will be delivered @ 9:00 or 9:30 pm, we waited and called @ 9:30 pm. He then said the car will come by 11:00 or 11: 30 PM. The adviser was simply taking us for a ride, making fun o[censored]s, just because we refused to pay the pick up and delivery charges. This is absolutely ridiculous and pathetic way of dealing with customers, they are into cheating business.
