This is to bring to your notice, my vehicle number MH12KB 2780 was at Kothari Wheels - Pune Satara Road (Vasant Baug, Vasant Baug Society, Maharshi Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra 411037, India) for servicing on 24/03/2021. The Advisor had suggested servicing and replacing the rear brake liner which we agreed to.
After the replacement we found the brake to be hard, brake lever getting stuck when brakes were not getting applied and tyres getting jammed.
On 27th the mechanic installed a spring post which brake lever issue was solved however the tyre was still getting jammed on which the advisor and mechanic said, it would work freely on driving 2-3 kms.
On 29th I had to visit again as brakes were not working well and tires were getting jammed. The other mechanic after inspection informed us the liner of big size was installed as a result of which brakes were not getting applied. As a result of which the drum set got damaged. It was clearly mishandled by your mechanical team which had nothing to speak. But the service advisor said the drum replacement cost has to be borne by the customer and tried covering up for mechanics' mistake.
Company wants its customers to pay for their irresponsible, unprofessional, under aged and unskilled mechanics fault.
Request you to kindly look into it and resolve the issue. I will have to file a complaint in the consumer forum if this is not resolved positively. --
