Sir i am furniture business. My supplier books parcels through kpn speed parcel everytime. For the same parcel, same weight and for same distance kpn charges 15% higher. How can they increase 15% in a single month. But when i spoke with the kpn booking agents, i found they dont have a proper system in billing the items. They are booking without any thumbrule. So i took it to their complaint cell, and they are bit extra. They dont want to hear such complaints and simply put us in waiting and they transfer the call and cut it by themselves with customer waiting that they will respond.
I am sending the photo proof along with complaint. Kindly take it up to the concerned party and resolve the issue for me.
