Today 01/oct/2018 : 6: 30 am kpn bus from chennai to madurai
Worst service i ever faced in my life.. Booked bus for 6:30 am, at around 10 am bus tire punctured at tindivanam and driver checked there was another shock break broke down, waited around 2 hours to get fixed. The bus again stoped before reaching trichy and driver said bus will move further and was not sure any other bus coming to pick us. When asked may times no proper response and called multiple times head office, k. P. N travels india limited, salem - 636 004, phone:[protected] no proper response with no information given further left us to go on our own. We some how took another van and reached at 6:30 pm and reported the complaint in kpn at madurai, mattuthavani bus stand.1. We were 5 passengers and 2 of them were ladies.

Complaint
1. Bus broke down 2 times once at tindivanam and trichy
2. Highly risky journey as break is the problem - adding mental tension.
2. Driver was rude and did not provide proper information to help and asked to go on our own.
3. 12 hours journey in day time not accepted.
4. We paid 250 rs / head from trichy to private van and reached madurai
5 driver did not give name when asked many times.
We book tickets as we have scheduled meeting in office or family members waiting. This not acceptable at all, we need compensation.. As we have risked our life.

So called up the company complaint number[protected] and asked for a good bus from their HQ Salem or refund of ticket
