I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a grave issue I have been facing with BGMI (Battlegrounds Mobile India), and despite numerous attempts to resolve the matter, I have not received a satisfactory response from their support team.
On 27th July 2022, my BGMI account with the following details was unjustly banned:

BGMI Username: ๛亗ALICE๛亗
I want to emphasize that I have never used any third-party applications or hacks while playing the game. To my dismay, each time I contacted BGMI support, I received generic responses stating that they are unable to assist or provide a proper reason for the ban.
In-game, the message displayed alleges that my account was banned for "violating the bgmi rules, " but I assure you that I have not engaged in any activity that violates the game's rules or terms of service.
Adding to the distressing situation, I have invested over 5 lakh rupees in my BGMI account. Considering this significant amount spent, I am seeking transparency and accountability from BGMI officials. If they cannot provide me with a concrete reason for the ban, backed by proof, I request a full refund of the amount I have spent on the game.
In light of the continued negligence and lack of resolution from BGMI, I feel compelled to escalate this matter to the consumer court for a fair and impartial resolution. However, I hope that the intervention of the Consumer Forum could help in resolving this matter amicably.
I have attached evidence of the ban message, transaction receipts, and all communication with the BGMI support team for your reference. Please let me know the next steps to proceed with this complaint and seek justice for this unjust account ban.
