KreditBee — Account Deactivation

I contacted kreditBee regarding the account deactivation and they replied with "your profile details did not fulfill the upgraded set system parameters and it is on hold". I asked for an explanation regarding it as I've paid my dues and its been more than a month since I've used the app. KreditBee hasn't replied nor have they deactivated the account.
I've been getting random calls from KreditBee regarding loans. They have been harassing me even after I told them to not call me regarding any loan.
