This is a big fraud...!! Fraud fraud fraud!!... I paid rs 2750 and got the offline typing work assignment on 26.9.2016 at 7 pm. Assignment time was from 27.9.2016 12 am till 04.10.2016 12 am... This is actually a span of 7 days but they claim it to be 8 days.. They count the days like 27th, 28th, 29th, 30th, 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th. But 4th is out of question as time given is till 12am of 04.10.2016. The correct way of counting would be 27th to 28th, 28th to 29th, 29th to 30th, 30th to 1st, 1st to 2nd, 2nd to 3rd and 3rd to 4th which is 7 days.
I admit i could not reach the minimum accuracy level of 70 % (I achieved 64.5%) and i am not eligible to receive pay or refund of the initial deposit but their agreement clearly says 50 pages for 8 days. Had i been given an extra day, i probably could reach beyond 70 percent accuracy. I demanded an explanation and this guy at [protected] is very rude and says "aapko ginti nahi aati?". Is that the way to treat a customer? He is ready even if a case is put on the company. These guys don't know a perfect grammatical english sentence and they talk about accuracy and stuff. This company is going down. I am planning to file an online complaint. Either i need some payment because i typed for 5-6 hours per day sacrificing other works of mine or i need refund. I won't leave the rude person at [protected]. I have told him "when you go to jail, you can count the bars and for that, i give you 8 days."
