Seems u r d greatest fraud. Invoice itself mentioned tat u need to register in 30 days else 15% will be deducted because u r holding d plot till ur loan sanctioned or rejected. U knew very well tat u r not eligible for loan still u tried thru back door. You have to be sued for ur illegal action. Why you r blaming company they clearly mentioned about cancelation process. You don't have any guilty feel to tried loan thru back door whereas posting here!!! Approach admin office thru property channel to get ur 85% refund. Shameles fellow!!!

Myself Vadivel Mahendran and have booked Apple City Plot No.4 registration on 11 Feb 2022 and Still I am Waiting for Patta which is more than 5 months now. There is no proper update and yet I repeatedly getting an update like within a week patta will be given to me from their concern.
When I checked online the patta application is still pending with Surveyor since 11 Feb 2022 which is the registration date and no progression after that. They are not ready to refund the patta amount and i have already paid 6 months of loan with only interest because of this, followed by Current house rent which is already a huge loss for me.
Also there is a Discrepancy in the Patta and Documentation charges compared to other plots in apple city. For which there is no update till now.
Other Plots Charges Details:
Documentation - Rs.10000
Patta - Rs.10000
Plot no.4 Charges Details: (Additional Rs.20000 have been Charged for me)
Documentation - Rs.20000
Patta - Rs.20000
With respect to Discount amount they promised, partial amount have been disbursed and yet the balance amount won't be considered since we need to provide referral to purchase their plot. At the time of registration they promised me to pay a cheque of the full discount amount within a week and its 6th month from registration date and yet there is a balance amount which they shouted at us like "There is no discount for you".
THEY ARE THE BIGGEST FRAUDSTERS OF REAL ESTATE WHICH WILL WARM YOU BEFORE REGISTRATION AND SPIT ON YOU AFTER THE REGISTRATION.
