Krishna Enterprise — unethical behaviour & not responding

I was looking for part time work from home projects. Mr. Karan Tanna contacted me via quikr.com for the projects & shared some images of same. Then after he asked me to purchase plan worth Rs.800/- so i agreed. When i had made payment on his said bank account he inform that there is problem in that account & he shared me another bank account details. Thus i had made payment twice. Date of payment was 8th of June 2019, till present he is not responding on phone & whenever i tried to contact from another mobile he used abusive language & disconnect the call.
