Ksbm Kaizen Global Management — After taking the money now not bothered to deliver my mba degree certificate

I have passed my mba degree (Distance education) through mahatma gandhi university - meghalaya visa (Ksbm - mira road, mumbai), i passed out in the year 2015 and till now they are not bothered to deliver my final original certificate along with marksheets??? Last january as per their insists i paid them rs. 5000/- to get my original certificate, which they told me that once i pay this fees within a month you will receive your original certificate and now this is the 05th month and till now i did not receive my certificate.
