[Resolved] KSRTC — Bus Canceled and did not intimate us | |||
Hi KSRTC Team, I had booked 4 tickets for trip to thirupathi from bangalore on 15/06/2014. The bus scheduled was at 9:05 PM. According to this time i had booked my room tickets and darshana tickets in Thirupathi. The Scheduled bus was cancelled and i dint get any notification that the bus was cancelled and tickets were booked for 11:00PM Bus without my knowledge. We thought that the bus was at 9 and we kept on waiting for the bus from 8:30 PM till 11:00 PM(2.5 hours). I need valid explanation for below questions: 1. Why was it not notified to us that the bus was cancelled? 2. How could you book yourself for 11:00 PM bus without our confirmation? We waited for the bus for 2.5 hours. 3. The seat numbers which we booked was -19, 20, 25, 26 (At the middle), but the seats which were provide to us were last seats and quality of the seats were not good also Pushback was not proper. 4. Due to this delay we missed our scheduled darshana timings in Thirupathi and ended up waiting for 2 days in queue. If you had notified us that the bus was cancelled i would have booked alternative buses myself. Request you to provide valid explanations for all the problems we faced for booking KSRTC tickets.
