[Resolved]  KSRTC — Cancelled Ticket Money Not Refunded

Dear Sir, I have booked a ticket from KSRTC online booking website and due to my inconvenience i have cancelled the ticket. during cancellation i was intimated of refund of ticket amount with a week. Its almost 15 days since i have cancelled my ticket and i didnt got any refund. I tried contacting KSRTC through email but no luck(no reply from them), i also tried their customer service number, they are very irresponsible that they picked up the phone and kept it aside. I tried reaching them many a times but the way they responded is very rude. Please find the details of the ticket below.
