[Resolved]  KSRTC — confirmation of tickets did not received even after debuting of money from account

i booked my tickets airavat bliss service 1450CHNBNG for the date 20/12/2014.But after debuting money from my account, i didn't received any conformation of tickets through mail or message.please send me the confomation of ticket as soon as possible or refund my money to my account.plrease maitain the server healthy
