I have booked one ticket through KSRTC Online booking, but the ticket got failed and my money got deducted from Debit card . had given complaint to ksrtc online refund department. Onlineticket number number isT49987800. Date of booking is 30/04/2015. But when ever i call to them they are telling it will refund in another three days. Your ticket is cancelled on 30/04/2015.
If refund is not received within seven days, you are requested to contact Accounts section of KSRTC, by email to [protected]@ksrtc.org and / or telephone no. 22221321 Ext 283,[protected]direct) during office hours on all working days quoting KSRTC OB reference no. and user ID.
We regret the inconvenience caused to you and solicit your co-operation in this matter.
