Respected Sir/Madam, I did not receive the refund amount for the cancelled tickets (pune to davanagree and davangree to pune) initiated on 22 sept 2014. KSRTC OB No.:OB13183786 PNR Number: J45583516/ J45583515 login id:[protected]@gmail.com ph no:[protected] I waited for stipulated time of 7 days and then complained to them twice.
