[Resolved] KSRTC — Failed transaction refund not credited even after one month and multiple complaints | |||
Hello, I booed a ticket on DEC 19th with KSRTC Online Transaction Reference No.:OB14099910. I was informed the refund for failed transaction would happen within 7 working days, which never happened. I called KSRTC and they informed they would raise a complaint to refund the money. Complaint number: 11402. Please suggest is there any way i can get my money back. Your ticket is not booked and we have forwarded your request to Account section of KSRTC for verification and making refund, if KSRTC has been credited with this amount.
If refund or communication is not received within seven working days, you are requested to contact Accounts section of KSRTC, by email to [protected]@ksrtc.org and / or telephone no. 22221321 Ext 280 (SBI) or 283 (other banks),[protected]direct) during office hours on all working days quoting KSRTC OB reference no. and user ID.
