[Resolved]  KSRTC — Failed transaction refund not credited even after one month and multiple complaints

Hello, I booed a ticket on DEC 19th with KSRTC Online Transaction Reference No.:OB14099910. I was informed the refund for failed transaction would happen within 7 working days, which never happened. I called KSRTC and they informed they would raise a complaint to refund the money. Complaint number: 11402. Please suggest is there any way i can get my money back.

I tried reaching KSRTC and after multiple attempts, somehow i got through to an account official. The Lady just disconnected the call.

I have tried reaching all the above number. Neither is my money credited back nor my call is getting answered.
