I have booked return ticket Trissur - bangalore - trissur on 13/01/15 through ksrtc.in website. During the booking money from my account deducted but the ticket was not issued. I requested for refund through e mail, but there was no reply or refund. after 14 days they replied me like this Respected Sir/Madam, We have received your mail and necessary action will be taken accordingly after due verification. You are requested to check your bank account in case of refund after 7 business days. For other issues regarding non receipt of refund amount kindly call[protected] OR[protected] during office hours.
