[Resolved] KSRTC — no one to attend the call in customer care | |||
i called to the customer care and waiter for around 20 minutes . i heard onl the recorded voice saying that "all our customer executives are bus " I think KSRTC intention is to make all the callers to hear the recorded voice. Kindly do the needed remedies, if you dont have any solution please close this customer care which is of no use Was this information helpful? | |||
