[Resolved] KSRTC — No response for the online refund - amount deducted & no tickets are confirmed | |||
My name is srihari. I have reserved tickets from Bangalore to Hyderabad and vice versa through online mobile app ksrtc awatar, the issue is amount got deducted and tickets were not confirmed. So I have sent an e-mail stating Austinall the details to online refund section. As I didn't get response for a while I tried calling Complaint section of ksrtc, when one of them picked my call instead of helping consumers he is talking rubbish asking for OB Id which I didn't remember instead I asked transaction id I have to be considered. The guy held up phone and not picking up call. Was this information helpful? | |||
