[Resolved] KSRTC — No response to refund of failed transaction | |||
I got a failed transaction while booking tickets on KSRTC website. I emailed [protected]@ksrtc.org as suggested in the website. Even after 2 reminder emails and phone calls which were never answered, the money is not yet refunded to my account. Your ticket is not booked and we have forwarded your request to Account section of KSRTC for verification and making refund, if KSRTC has been credited with this amount.
If refund or communication is not received within seven working days, you are requested to contact Accounts section of KSRTC, by email to [protected]@ksrtc.org and / or telephone no. 22221321 Ext 283,[protected]direct) during office hours on all working days quoting KSRTC OB reference no. and user ID.
You are requested 'Not to share your online banking / Credit card / Debit card details to any person from any organization'. If any assistance please mail to [protected]@ksrtc.org/[protected]@ksrtc.org.

After waiting for so many days, I finally got my money refunded on Oct 21. I had emailed them again with the request on 19th Oct. Maybe we need to keep reminding them everyday till we get back the money.
