I have booked a ticket on ksrtc though intenet .Its never booked but amount of rs.381 only deducted from my account .It has been more than 2 weeks i called thecustomer care for 5 times .But they didn't properly responded.My mobile balance of rs.45 got dedued with calling them.Till I didn't recieved the money the reference number is OB12723248.The worst service I had ever seenin my Life.
