[Resolved]  KSRTC — online booking refund for failed transaction

Dear Sir, Sub : online booking refund I booked a ticket from Hyderabad to Bamgalore, Round trip on the 31/10/2013 and the date of travel being 01/11/2013 & 04/11/2013 The amount got debited from my credit card and the ticket was not booked. My user ID is : [protected]@yahoo.com KSRTC OB no is OB10283624 Transaction Date is 31/10/2013 The Ammount deduted is RS 1860.
