[Resolved] KSRTC — Please Refund the amount for my Failed Transaction | |||
Hi, Twice i tried to book a round trip from chennai to bangalore and bangalore to chennai in Rajahamsa on 18/12/2014 and 19/12/2014 respectively. But I didnt get any confirmation mail or message regarding ticket booked. But an amount of 821/- has been deducted from my account both the times. Kindly check and refund the amount deducted at the earliest and do the needful. Your ticket is not booked and we have forwarded your request to Account section of KSRTC for verification and making refund, if KSRTC has been credited with this amount.
If refund or communication is not received within seven working days, you are requested to contact Accounts section of KSRTC, by email to [protected]@ksrtc.org and / or telephone no. 22221321 Ext 280 (SBI) or 283 (other banks),[protected]direct) during office hours on all working days quoting KSRTC OB reference no. and user ID.
