[Resolved] KSRTC — Refund for failed transaction - ksrtc.in | |
Dear Sir,
On 19th December 2014, I tried to book tickets on ksrtc.in as a guest
login from Mumbai to Udupi. But amount has bees transferred but tickets
were not booked. Its showing error page. I tried 2nd time but still the
same problem. So totally 8200 Rs deducted from my SBI account but
tickets not booked. I don't even get any mails or messages from KSRTC
also. Please help me out to refund my amount 8200rs.

Please let me know the updates.

Your ticket is not booked and we have forwarded your request to Account section of KSRTC for verification and making refund, if KSRTC has been credited with this amount.
If refund or communication is not received within seven working days, you are requested to contact Accounts section of KSRTC, by email to [protected]@ksrtc.org and / or telephone no. 22221321 Ext 280 (SBI) or 283 (other banks),[protected]direct) during office hours on all working days quoting KSRTC OB reference no. and user ID.
