Hello, I had tried booking a ticket on KSRTC website and due to some technical error the money was deducted but the ticket was not generated. I had sent an email on 18th itself and sent another email on Jan 5th yet have not received the refund. I've been trying to call on the number provided by the call center for the accounts department but nobody answers that. The customer care dept has taken down the complaint and marked it as resolved without resolving it. It has been more than 20 days since the transaction was done. Request you to look into the matter and refund the money at the earliest. Regards Mayank

If refund or communication is not received within seven working days, you are requested to contact Accounts section of KSRTC, by email to [protected]@ksrtc.org and / or telephone no. 22221321 Ext 280 (SBI) or 283 (other banks),[protected]direct) during office hours on all working days quoting KSRTC OB reference no. and user ID.
