[Resolved] KSRTC — Refund not received even after 4 weeks | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I had tried booking a bus ticket at ksrtc.in on 10-Apr-2015 for travel from Bengaluru to Mumbai. I tried to book the ticket many times and I encountered a failed transaction 2 times. The amount was Rs. 1233/- and Rs. 1333/- totally amounting to Rs. 2566/- It has been close to 4 weeks and I have not received the refund amount. Can you please look into the matter and help me get the refund?
