The refund of my failed transaction OB15309986 is not yet received even after 45 days. The booking date of OB15309986 is 08/04/2015. KSRTC OB No. : OB15309986 Booked On : 08/04/2015 Username / Email : [protected]@revathskumar.com It was a round trip from KOZHIKODE to BENGALURU. Your ticket is not booked and we have forwarded your request to Account section of KSRTC for verification and making refund, if KSRTC has been credited with this amount.
If refund or communication is not received within seven working days, you are requested to contact Accounts section of KSRTC, by email to [protected]@ksrtc.org and / or telephone no. 22221321 Ext 283,[protected]direct) during office hours on all working days quoting KSRTC OB reference no. and user ID.
