Dear team I have booked a ticket from bidar to Bangalore and got onto the bus but after few mins the bus got break down. Since it was in middle the driver took to Hyderabad and he said the alternative bus is there but before I reaching there the alternative bus started and conductor told me that the bus started since all passengers created problem and told me to cancel my ticket since I would get full amount.. But when I went to cancel it says time limit exceeded... Total amount is 1025 Please find below the ticket for your reference... Your ticket is cancelled with 100% refund and you will get refund within seven-ten working days.
If refund is not received within seven days, you are requested to contact Accounts section of KSRTC, by email to [protected]@ksrtc.org and / or telephone no. 22221321 Ext 280 (SBI) or 283 (other banks),[protected]direct) during office hours on all working days quoting KSRTC OB reference no. and user ID.
