[Resolved] KSRTC — Refunding the amount for failed transaction-Reference No OB15390842 | |||
This is reference to the failed transaction -Reference No OB15390842, Today morning I tried to book a travel ticket from Bangalore to Kottayam(for 17.04.2015) but the transaction got failed and my amount of RS.1230/- has been deducted. I have no many to book further for the travel. I request you to refund the amount at the very earliest to process the same for my travel. I feel very sorry and shameful for the quality that KSRTC delivers to customers like this and if called care centre they are showing their negligence to the issue and cut my call. Your ticket is not booked and we have forwarded your request to Account section of KSRTC for verification and making refund, if KSRTC has been credited with this amount.
If refund or communication is not received within seven working days, you are requested to contact Accounts section of KSRTC, by email to [protected]@ksrtc.org and / or telephone no. 22221321 Ext 283,[protected]direct) during office hours on all working days quoting KSRTC OB reference no. and user ID.
