Hi Sir, Could you please help to refund my amount which was debited due to failed transactions. As per KSRTC direction, I sent a mail to [protected]@ksrtc.org as well but no response/acknowledgement from KSRTC. 1) On Ward Journey Trip details :- Trip Details : BENGALURU to SHIRDI KSRTC OB No.: OB15883759 Journey Date : 30/05/2015 Booked On : 21/05/2015 2) Return Journey Trip details :- Trip Details : SHIRDI to BENGALURU KSRTC OB No.: OB15883759 Journey Date : 01/06/2015 Booked On : 21/05/2015 The Amount debited is : 11, 477.00 Please help me in getting the refund as early as possible. My user name : chenna.[protected]@gmail.com Note :- KSRTC Customer care numbers are busy entire day, couldn't able to reach any one. Please live up to customer expectations. Your ticket is not booked and we have forwarded your request to Account section of KSRTC for verification and making refund, if KSRTC has been credited with this amount.
If refund or communication is not received within seven working days, you are requested to contact Accounts section of KSRTC, by email to [protected]@ksrtc.org and / or telephone no. 22221321 Ext 283,[protected]direct) during office hours on all working days quoting KSRTC OB reference no. and user ID.

I have been facing this problem of following up with your customer care executives regarding the refund for a failed transaction of my trip (Complaint Number:778). They take my contact number and email address saying that their Manager will revert soon, but that never happens ! I am literally fed up of following up with Cust Care and I am exhausted now. Please arrange to refund the amount. This transaction was failed on 18th May 2015 (Journey Date 28th May 2015, from Pune to Hubli). The transaction failed but the amount of Rs. 787 got debited from my bank account. I have called all the numbers available on net, but in vain.
