[Resolved]  KSRTC — Rude behavior and actions by the Bus Conductor- Bus No-KA 57 F-620

Hi, i'm daily traveler from BTM to Kudlu Gate in 600 bus. Today that is 14/5/2015 between 12 to 12:30 PM, a lady who has to get down at Bommanhalli asked the conductor about the change that she needs to get, but the way the conductor responded was completely rude and he said i'll provide the change collectively to 3 members u people share among st u. the lady strictly asked about her change and this guy abusing her and after some time the conductor slapped her thrice. what kind of animal he was and why departments keep this kind of animals for public service. what ever it may be he has no right to raise a hand or slap a lady in the public as she is not asking for some one else money. i hope this issue will be taken care and will not be seen in further. thank you.
