[Resolved] KSRTC — Rude Vulgar behavior by Conductor | |||
Hi KSRTC team I got into bus KA 57 F 497 this morning around 10:30. First of all the conductor was busy talking to driver and he did not come to take ticket. I was waiting for him and I had to call him to give me ticket after 2 stops. He asked me what I was doing without a ticket all this while and started shouting and abusing me with foul language. Unfortunately the people around me were just watching and having fun..I told him to mind his language.. But he didnt seem to care...If this complaint is not taken seriously... I really pity our system..and will never take a bus..I hope u will not disappoint me Was this information helpful? | |||

Hence it is requested to send the full details of the complaint (journey details with ticket scan copy , depot name, correct vehicle no) to [protected]@ksrtc.org for taking further necessary action.
