I booked 5 tickets from bangalore to kozhikode for round trip, departure on 1-oct-2015 and return on 4-oct-2015 today at 1:30 pm.Money is deducted from my account ie.Rs 3046, but the ticket are not yet booked.Why is it taking too long.Kindly do the needful ASAP.
