Kstrc — conductor misbehave and improper knowledge about the rules

In 2nd point they have mentioned that if the student have not exist bus pass of last year then he/she can show the admision receipt of school/college. As per per circulation rules.
But in Mysore (RMP quarters) bus stop
KA-09-F4945 bus number around 2:30pm the lady (muslim)conductor have not allowed the student. And when I told about the circulation she harshly talked with me that this circulation is not allowed in my bus.i am not understandinh is this government bus or her bus.And also screamed in front of other passengers and sent out from the bus after 2stops.but from past 8days I was traveling with this circulation. It is worst thing that she is not having a proper knowledge. Every conductor know this circulation rules but she... So I made a misbehaving video on bus and if no action will take place regarding this issue I will surely give this video clip to media.
So I request you to take an action on this issue.
