Hello, I purchased my 2nd brand new KTM bike from my local dealer. The bike was not operating correct from new. After bringing it to two different KTM dealers and KTM technicians, and would like to point out that the service department of Manchester honda/KTM of Manchester CT was utterly despicable to deal with and after wasting my summer of two months of riding and working with your KTM tech. Suport of California, told my brother the problem and not tech suport. They gave us the bike back still broken and said to by a new computer for another $1000 dollars. Not fair after loosing an entire summer of riding and after paying $9500 for a bike that is labeled race ready?
There is much more to this unfortunate debacle I am in with my new KTM bike as it has also been at the place I purchased the bike, in hopes they would resolve the problem all the while dealing with the KTM tech suport in California.
