Kts Enterprise — after a week the cylinder was not delivered

we have booked the gas before one week but after a week also the cylinder was not delivered.we have called and complaint by this morning but after complaint also gas was not delivered to our address but we got message in mobile that the cylinder was delivered.
if we called the office also there was no proper response back.
